for August 15-21
Everyday this week, you must start your day out with
20-50 Burpees

If you have certain shoulder problems and cannot do the push up portion, for example, then you must do 20-50 reps of some sort of cardio focused exercise (like jumping jacks).
Remember: Every morning before breakfast! Roll out of bed and do them!
And as always:
Drink only water and unsweetened tea!
Eat a small meal every two hours!
Limit going out to eat!
