Such a filling lunch!
So I’m 5lbs away from my first goal weight. I was not expecting this at all. I’ve stopped working out for the last three weeks and haven’t really watched what I ate, but omg! I’m so excited, and this is enough to motivate me to stick with it. New swimsuit here I come!
Friday I was really tired and planned to work out after my nap, until I woke up and it was Saturday morning. Oops. I did a really good job watching what I ate though.
Saturday came and it was prom night and most definitely ate waay too many carbs. I didn’t go to the gym but I did walk about 2 miles.
Today (Sunday) I went to a salad buffet with my parents but still felt like I probably ate things I shouldn’t have (pasta) and decided to go to the gym.
For the first time since I started I burned 450 calories in one gym session and managed to stay longer than I normally do! I jogged 1.11km then walked 1.11km with the treadmill’s incline to 10, then went back to jogging on an incline of 1 for another 1.11km. I still can’t believe it says I burned that many calories because normally I’m dead tired after a 20minute cardio session but burn a lot less calories. My goal is to be able to run all three parts and just keep adding kms. It was actually really fun!
I’m thinking about doing a Jillian Michaels tape right now too! Ah yay!
I lost 2.2lbs (1kg)! Which may not seem like a huge number to everyone else but hey I’m losing weight so I’m happy. I’m now 148.9lbs or (68kgs) or super proud of myself!
I really want to keep working out and eating healthy up. Normally after I see some kind of weight loss I start eating junk food again because I have a “I lost weight this is okay” mentality. But, this time I don’t want to eat junk food. I feel proud of myself, I’m finding it easier to go to the healthier option such as the other day I went to this Asian noodle restaurant with my friends that have amaaazing noodles with different broths with huge servings. Instead of opting for one of my favorite noodle dishes I ordered a bowl of Miso soup and was happy with just having that.
Working out isn’t getting bad either, I want to try new things and find new ways to work out. If I wasn’t super tired right now I’d actually be off working out, but instead I shall nap and wake up and either do a run or have a date with a Jillian Michaels tape.
Sorry if this rant isn’t coherent, I need sleep.
