Squat Thrusts, seriously one of my favorite things to do when I’m working out. Lately, I’ve been doing a push up in plank position before going back up.

SEXY BY DECEMBER
This challenge is open to all blogs, fitblrs or personals, to those with the same goal of looking the best you can. In this challenge, you will be focused on getting as close to/ reaching your ultimate fitness and weight goals as you can by December 1st.
What is in it for you?
Other than the motivation and support of your fellow challengers, you will be given weekly Dares. These Dares will be anything from a specific kickbutt workout, a food challenge, or a overall health change to be followed through that week.
On December 1st, please send in your before and afters. So go take your August picture and measurements now! I would love if you sent a bit about yourself and your story along with it and I will post each and every one of you will be advertised on my profile. Any change, no matter how big or small, is an accomplishment.
Why do it?
To get that extra kick of motivation, knowing that in a few months from now, you have people to answer to. That you have yourself to answer to if you do not work as hard as you know you can.

Oh my goodness! I haven’t felt this tired since playing a basketball tournament all day. So excited to see my results in 60 days! I weighed myself after, thinking it is probably smart to track my weight loss. Currently I weigh 145lbs, but will weigh myself again tomorrow because it seems as if my weight is everywhere. If I’m 145lbs tomorrow I’ll mark it down and be super pumped for hitting my first goal weight.
I went on my bike ride today and it was like half the distance I’ve been covering all week, but I was against the wind like the entire time and went further than I planned. I am dead tired!
I keep getting bummed because the scale says I weigh 149lbs but I’m wearing pants that used to be pretty tight around the thighs and they definitely feel looser. So maybe I am losing fat! Makes me feel happy! Yesterday I definately was in a snacking mood. Granted, it was like mini meals, I still felt like I ate way too much. I’m going to start watching what I eat. I would love to hit my first goal weight (finally) before college. 4lbs in one month? Seems easy enough! Would love to be 140 by then.
We’ll see though, one day at a time.
