First year in college! I’d like to follow or be followed by people losing weight the healthy way though :)
Oh my goodness! I haven’t felt this tired since playing a basketball tournament all day. So excited to see my results in 60 days! I weighed myself after, thinking it is probably smart to track my weight loss. Currently I weigh 145lbs, but will weigh myself again tomorrow because it seems as if my weight is everywhere. If I’m 145lbs tomorrow I’ll mark it down and be super pumped for hitting my first goal weight.
I went on my bike ride today and it was like half the distance I’ve been covering all week, but I was against the wind like the entire time and went further than I planned. I am dead tired!
I keep getting bummed because the scale says I weigh 149lbs but I’m wearing pants that used to be pretty tight around the thighs and they definitely feel looser. So maybe I am losing fat! Makes me feel happy! Yesterday I definately was in a snacking mood. Granted, it was like mini meals, I still felt like I ate way too much. I’m going to start watching what I eat. I would love to hit my first goal weight (finally) before college. 4lbs in one month? Seems easy enough! Would love to be 140 by then.
We’ll see though, one day at a time.
