So tomorrow my compound won't have power...
We got a letter from the compound saying that our whole block won’t have power from 6am to 6pm. This has put me in a dilemma, do I wake up at 5am to use the treadmill? Do I run outside in the rain and heat? Or do I run after 6pm? An easy answer would be to choose the latter but I’ve quite liked the feeling of starting my day with my exercise out of the way. So I’m 5lbs away from my first goal weight. I was not expecting this at all. I’ve stopped working out for the last three weeks and haven’t really watched what I ate, but omg! I’m so excited, and this is enough to motivate me to stick with it. New swimsuit here I come!

I forgot how good it feels to work out. I definately missed the feeling of accomplishment I get after a work out.
I would like to say that it’s 8:50 on a Tuesday morning and so far I’ve woken up, ran, showered, eaten breakfast, checked my e-mail, and went on tumblr. Whereas my boyfriend so far has woke up when I woke up only to go back to sleep.

Too afraid to weigh myself this week.
It’s been a hectic week and I’ve resorted back to little exercise and poor diet choices. I wish I was able to juggle stress and my weight loss better but just couldn’t do it. Now that everything is starting to calm down, I’ll be back on track. I promise!

Having a boyfriend is making me fat...
